A deposit is required to confirm long-distance appointments: Zone 4 $30 · Zone 5 $40 · Zone 6 $60. After you book, I’ll text you a secure payment link. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received (within 24 hours), and it’s applied to your total.
Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours ahead and your deposit is refunded or moved to your new date. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows forfeit the deposit.

- Travel: If I come to you for the notarization, your zone travel fee applies. Drop-off and pickup at a set meeting spot is available.
- Return shipping: Local return is included. Overnight shipping is billed at cost.
- Eligible documents: Documents notarized in Tennessee and certified copies of Tennessee vital records. Federal documents, such as FBI background checks, and documents from other states can’t get a Tennessee apostille.
- Vital records: Birth, death and marriage certificates must be certified copies from the Tennessee Office of Vital Records. A notary can’t certify a copy.
- Payment: Due in full when your order is confirmed, before your documents are couriered.
- Translations and embassy legalization are not included. Ask the receiving country what they require.

What do I need to bring?
A valid government-issued photo ID and your document(s). Do not sign beforehand — signatures must happen in front of the notary.
Can you notarize something I’ve already signed?
No — Tennessee law requires signatures to be made in the notary’s presence. A new document will be needed.
How far in advance do I need to book?
As soon as possible is best, but same-day appointments may be available. Check the booking system for current availability.
Do you do evenings and weekends?
Yes — flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is available. After-hours appointments (6PM+) include an additional $35 fee.
